Returns & Refunds

Every item at C&K Imperfect Designs is made just for you when you order it. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? We’ve got you! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at ckimperfectdesigns23@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
